2. License Usage

  • Each license key is valid for one (1) device only.
  • License keys are non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold.
  • Attempting to bypass, crack, or reverse-engineer the license system will result in immediate termination.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any license at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use FEFS SPOOF only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You will not use the software for any illegal activities.
  • You will not attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software.
  • You will not distribute or share your license key with others.

4. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your Discord account credentials.
  • Any activity on your account is your responsibility.
  • Report any unauthorized access immediately.

5. HWID Binding

  • Your license key is bound to your hardware (HWID) upon activation.
  • HWID includes CPU, motherboard, disk, MAC address, and IP address.
  • Changing hardware or network may require a new license key.
  • HWID resets are not guaranteed and are at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

  • All license keys are final sale - no refunds.
  • Ensure compatibility before obtaining a license key.
  • Technical issues do not guarantee refund eligibility.
  • Chargebacks will result in permanent account ban.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • FEFS SPOOF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the software.
  • Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow limitation of liability.

9. Termination

  • We may terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, your license will be revoked.
  • You may stop using the service at any time.
